Raul Garcia Molina
Chief Engineer
Raul has been a key member of Jacobson Engineering since 1988. With decades of experience in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying, he has overseen the complete design process, from initial investigation and layout through final submittal for a wide range of projects requiring state and local agency approvals. His work includes the design and coordination of subdivisions, drainage reports, and technical specifications.
Raul’s expertise extends to the planning and design of major water and sewer infrastructure projects, including sewage collection and force mains, lift stations, and water distribution systems. He has also contributed to numerous flood control structures, as well as residential and commercial master plans, and has extensive experience preparing and revising FEMA Letters of Map Revision (LOMR).
In addition to his design responsibilities, Raul manages the firm’s surveying operations, overseeing all ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, construction staking, and data collection efforts. He ensures that Jacobson Engineering’s survey teams utilize innovative, cutting-edge technology to maintain accuracy and efficiency across all projects.
Raul holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Postgraduate Diploma in Structural Engineering, a Master's Degree in Real Estate Valuation, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Valuation with a focus on agricultural and real estate properties.
He is a registered Civil engineer in both AZ, CA and Mexico, a registered Land Surveyor in AZ and a registered appraiser in Mexico. His registrations for civil engineering are #30007 in AZ, #58946 in CA and #1765789 in Mexico. His registration for Land Surveyor in AZ is #40522. Bruce Jacobson
Senior Civil Engineer and Senior Vice President / Owner
Bruce is the Senior Vice President and majority owner of The Jacobson Companies, Inc., which is the parent company of Jacobson Engineering, LLC. He joined his brothers in their Real Estate Development company in 1975 and now is the majority owner. He established the engineering division at that time which has since become one of the cornerstones of the company's operations.
He served as the Town Engineer for the Town of Parker, AZ and County Engineer for La Paz County in AZ. Bruce has been involved in civil engineering and development projects in AZ since 1963. As an engineer, his experience includes design of water and sewer treatment plants, pumping and distribution systems, roads and streets, interstate highway systems, flood control structures, and survey design for both public and private sectors for more than 50 years.
He is a registered Civil Engineer in AZ and CA, a registered Land Surveyor in AZ and a registered Water Treatment Plant Operator in AZ. His registration for Civil Engineer in AZ is 6667, for Land Surveyor in AZ is 16552. For CA his Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor registration is 18372.
Onammi Velez
Assistant Civil Engineer / Architectural Designer
Onammi joined Jacobson Engineering in 2024 as an Assistant Engineer and Architectural Designer. A native of Yuma, she is dedicated to developing architecture that supports and uplifts communities.
Onammi brings over 6 years of experience in commercial, education, and preservation-related projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Arizona State University.
She has specialized knowledge in adobe construction methods and applies both her architectural and engineering knowledge to ensure efficient, high-quality project delivery.
Gustavo Garcia
Assistant Engineer / Draftsman
Gustavo joined Jacobson Engineering in 2019 and brings his expertise as a a certified Mechatronics Technician from Mexico.
He contributes to the design process through his advanced CAD skills, preparing detailed drawings from the initial concept stage through the final design. His precision and technical proficiency support our team in delivery accurate and efficient project documentation.
Jahaziel Gonzalez
Survey Party Chief
Jahaziel joined Jacobson Engineering in November 2023. He graduated as a Civil Engineer in Mexico and serves as our Survey Party Chief.
He oversees and schedules survey crews to carry out construction staking, boundary surveys, land surveys and ALTA surveys.
Jahaziel ensures all fieldwork is completed efficiently and accurately, utilizing the latest surveying technology and methods to deliver precise results for every project.
